Building a High-Efficient and Energy-Saving Green Building
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a third-party green building certification program and the globally recognized standard for the design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings.
Our new office adhered to the LEED Building Standard. Our implementation covered HVAC, lighting, and energy management system. We were able to demonstrate water and energy saving. This is the 1st LEED V4 ID+C Platinum certified project in Taiwan.

Creating Interior Spaces that Focus on Occupant Well-Being
The WELL Building Standard, administered by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), is the world's first evidence-based system designed for measuring, certifying, and monitoring building features that impact health and well-being. The WELL Building Standard is grounded in medical, scientific, and building system research. By adhering to the WELL Building Standard, building owners will be able to improve many health aspects of the occupants, as well as creating more effective workplaces for business.
The new office is integrated with our own system solutions and products, which is consistent with the value of WELL: We optimize and monitor the air quality to create a comfortable environment. We use ergonomic furniture, and encourage our employees to develop habits to exercise. Our office is Taiwan's first and Asia's 5th WELL Certified interiors project at the Gold level.

We practice and adhere to various internationally recognized building standards when redesigning our own office. Our office is Taiwan's first interior project that is both WELL certified and LEED certified.
